Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? Here is how cancelling an order works.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel an order free of charge while it is Pending or Confirmed. Once an order is Processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it after delivery under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
How to request a cancellation
Contact us through the Contact page or WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. We will confirm the cancellation by email or SMS.
Refunds for prepaid orders
If you paid by bank transfer or online payment, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Cash on Delivery orders are simply cancelled with nothing to pay.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we cannot reach you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order. We will always let you know and refund any payment in full.
